Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Knowledge of menu items, including beers, wines, and food
Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
Knowledge of craft beer styles a plus!
Certificates/Licenses: Alcohol Awareness Training (T.I.P.S. Certification), Cicerone Level 1 certification recommended
Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
Able to tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times
Exhibits an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate the guests and exceed their expectations
Shows enthusiasm for the job and for Alternate Ending
Is considerate, patient and willing to help out fellow employees
Is courteous, has a friendly personality and professional appearance.
Exhibits strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Is observant and thorough, responsible and punctual.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 25-50lbs
Frequently stands, walks, talks and hears; uses hands, reaches with hands and arms; occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches, taste or smells
Environment/Noise: Occasionally works in extreme heat, wet or humid conditions. Noise level is moderate
Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions
